Why we started Digitize & Grow
We spent years working inside marketing agencies, editing videos, launching campaigns and building systems for companies of every size. Again and again, we saw the same pattern: businesses hired one provider for ads, another for content, a third for their website and a fourth for their CRM — and none of them talked to each other.
The result was predictable. Leads came in and were not followed up. Ads were optimized for clicks instead of customers. Teams spent hours moving data by hand. Everybody was busy, and growth still depended on manual work.
At the same time, we knew that some of the most talented editors, marketers and developers we had worked with were in Latin America — skilled, bilingual and in time zones that match the United States.
So we built Digitize & Grow to bring both ideas together: one team that handles marketing and technology as a single system, staffed by senior Latin American talent, working in your hours.
